Terms & Conditions

For Students:
1. Eligibility: The internship program is open to students who are members of Algorand Blockchain Clubs at their respective institutions.
2. Application Process: Students interested in internship opportunities through AlgoBharat must apply through the official portal by submitting their resume. Academic transcripts and any other requested documents may be shared with the company upon request.
3. Selection Process: AlgoBharat is in no way involved in any company’s selection process of interns. Company selections will likely be based on various criteria including academic performance, relevant skills, experience, and alignment with the requirements of the participating companies and will be the sole decision of the company alone.
4. Internship Duration: The duration of the internship will be specified by the participating company and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Internship Responsibilities: Interns are expected to fulfill the responsibilities outlined by the participating company, adhere to its policies and procedures, and maintain professionalism throughout the internship period.
6. Confidentiality: Interns may be exposed to confidential information during their internship and therefore may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement with the participating company to protect sensitive information.
7. Compensation: Interns may receive compensation, stipends, or other benefits as determined by the participating company. AlgoBharat does not provide or guarantee any form of financial remuneration for company interns.
8. Feedback and Evaluation: Interns are encouraged to seek regular feedback and evaluations from the participating company to assess their performance and provide opportunities for growth and development.
9. Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time with or without cause and with or without notice.
10. Disclaimer: AlgoBharat serves merely as a platform to connect students with internship opportunities. AlgoBharat does not bear any responsibility for the actions or decisions of the participating companies.

By participating in the AlgoBharat Internship Program, both students and companies agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional guidelines provided by AlgoBharat or the participating companies. AlgoBharat reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed.
