For Companies:
1. Posting Opportunities: Companies interested in offering internship opportunities through AlgoBharat must submit their internship postings through the official portal, including detailed information about the role, requirements, compensation and duration.
2. Selection Process: Companies are responsible for selecting interns based on their own criteria and requirements. Companies that use the AlgoBharat internship portal agree to not engaging in any discriminatory practices and to adhering to fair employment practices.
3. Internship Duration: Companies must specify the duration of the internship period, including start and end dates, and communicate this information clearly to selected interns.
4. Internship Responsibilities: Companies must outline the responsibilities and expectations of interns, provide necessary training and resources, and designate a supervisor or mentor to oversee the intern’s work.
5. Confidentiality: It is a company’s responsibility to take appropriate measures to protect confidential information and ensure that interns understand and adhere to any confidentiality agreements.
6. Compensation: Companies may choose to offer compensation, stipends, or other benefits to interns at their discretion. Any compensation agreements must be communicated clearly to interns.
7. Feedback and Evaluation: Companies are strongly encouraged to provide regular feedback and evaluations to interns to assess their performance, offer guidance, and facilitate their professional development.
8. Termination: Companies reserve the right to terminate the internship at any time for any reason deemed appropriate. However, companies are encouraged to provide interns with reasonable notice and support during the transition period.
9. Compliance: Companies must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards regarding internships, employment, and workplace practices.
10. Indemnity: Companies agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoBharat, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the internship program.
11. Internship Certificate: Participating companies agree to provide a certificate to interns upon satisfactory completion of their internship. The certificate should acknowledge the intern’s contributions, skills developed, and the duration of the internship.

By participating in the AlgoBharat Internship Program, both students and companies agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional guidelines provided by AlgoBharat or the participating companies. AlgoBharat reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed.
